Terms of Service

Last updated: December 3, 2025

Thank you for using SocialMediaToolsHub! These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our completely free web-based tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SocialMediaToolsHub[](https://socialmediatoolshub.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Description of Service
We provide free, browser-based tools for social media creators (line-break generator, caption counters, safe-zone overlays, etc.). No account or sign-up is required — everything works instantly.
3. No Warranty – “As Is”
All tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or that results will always be perfect. Use at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SocialMediaToolsHub and its creator(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• Use the tools for anything unlawful or harmful
• Attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with the site
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices
• Use automated scripts/bots to scrape or abuse the tools
6. Intellectual Property
The site design, code, and tool concepts are © 2025 SocialMediaToolsHub. You’re free to use the tools and any output you create with them for personal or commercial purposes. No attribution is required (but always appreciated!).
7. Third-Party Services
We only use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage (see our Cookie Policy for details). Some tools may let you upload files or generate images — these are processed locally in your browser and never sent to our servers unless explicitly stated.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these Terms or harms the site or its users.
10. Contact Us
Questions? Ideas? Bugs? Visit our Contact Us page or open an issue on GitHub.
We’re a small independent project and love hearing from the community.
